GraceTime & Co will help you make a maximum 8 minute tribute...
Like Devin Smiths on GraceTime.com (see attached movie) or similar..
to be published / posted on the GraceTime web site.. view able anywhere in the connected world.
All you need is your media in a digital format, a computer and a good internet connection (see below)

All In return for your permissions and a nice REFERENCE to your friends....

^{So.. Lets get started}^{creating and posting your
personal 3
to 8 minute video project into GraceTime.com for
public display}^{The basic
formula
is...}Steps would be similar to what follows...
¹^{. Gather up
minimum of 40 (max. 70) of
your favorite photos concerning
your topic.}                                 Kinkos, Walmart and others can convert and store digital content on a cd for you .
                                      GraceTime & Co. can then use and mix digital format movies and pictures easily..

^{2. Gather up any old
home movies, vhs tapes, film or other.




3. Gather up any news
clippings, scrapbook items or
take photos of those you cant.




4. You or the subject of the project, record your}^Audio^{/ video about
your project.




5.   OR Video
record the subject while interviewing (home movie style).



               6.
Convert ALL your media
content to a digital format and store on a CD /DVD .. (Kinkos can help)




        (see below for more detail if
content isn't already in digital format)



      7.   Send digital content to
GraceTime &
Co for Putting it all together (subject to GraceTime terms
)}                          For some folks it is easier to voice record your information and then build pictures around that recording..

For your Project or Tribute to a loved one
(as a guide please watch some of the examples at gracetime.org )
What you do need is a collection of your favorite photos, videos, tapes, audio recordings or other..
converted to digital format on a CDs or DVDs ( it doesn't cost that much but is where the big work is.. )
Things You are required to do..
1. You... have to search and select.. your photos, pictures, clippings, and gather the content.
2. AND You.. have the expense of graphic conversion to digital format done.
3. AND You relate the important information you want to be shared
(i.e.: full name, birth date, passing date, hobbies, special interest, special events / honors or other related
what your subject felt was special ect)
4. And You select / furnish music titles / styles / background audio.

Pretty easy.. since you know this end of it better than anyone.
If you need to convert 8mm or other film to digital.. let us know and we will give
some suggestions on where and how to get them converted.
If you are lucky enough to have your content already on VHS, AVI or other video.. No problem...

So.... for free gratus.. this is it..

Remember this is a guide..

editing is all
about!

If you are not able to sit down
and tell a story about your life in a
timeline fashion... Then...}^{A. Do include
content}^{that you want
to convey... (short written titles work!)}^{B. If submitting a set of photos... Do give a brief}^{explanation or
story about each group / photo).

C. If submitting news
or scrap clips.. Do the same for each
clip / scrapbook item or other..

D. Be sure to
identify
in the audio / video recording.. what is being
described.. i.e.; name, place or time.

E. Label
each item
(tape, cd, photo or other) with a number and mention it in the
recording..}^{The best will be
edited for
use in the GraceTime.com.}
